Segovia-”Our specialty… roast suckling pig.”

The second stop on our adventure was Segovia. There’s something I really liked about this little medieval town. I tend to be partial to smaller towns anyway and this one definitely had that small town feel. I kept expecting people to jump out and start singing like in Beauty and the Beast.

Seasons

This morning I heard this song on Pandora.  I forgot how much I love Nicole Nordeman.  It gave me chills, almost brought me to tears, and made praise rise within me this morning.
Praise God for making all things new.

A Big Drippy Mess-Barcelona Photography

It’s been crazy busy around here!  I have done several weddings and other portrait shoots and have needed to get those posted here.  Plus, I’ve just had some thoughts about things I’ve been learning that I want to share.  And people keep asking when they get to see photos from Spain.   I posted a...

Leavin’ on a jetplane!

In a few hours I will be boarding a plane bound for Spain!  I can’t believe I’m going to be gone for 2 weeks!  That seems like a long time now that I’m actually going.  It’s going to be great!

Taking a poll

I recently got this little chest of drawers.  It’s going to be so cute in my office.  But now I have to decide what color to paint it.  Here’s a photo of the piece and where I’m going to put it.  Any thoughts?

Fullerton Favorites Fridays – Photog Unite

Back in March I went to WPPI, a big photographer’s trade show and conference I attend in Vegas every year.  I’m always excited to go even though I dread going to Vegas.  I just feel dirty when I’m there!  But this year there was a particularly bright point in the week.  A group of Christian...

The way I see it…..

Sometimes I can go quite a while without picking up my camera.  Don’t get me wrong…. I love to shoot.  And I love to create.  With many different mediums, not just photography.  But what I love more than anything is people.  And I love when I get to create beautiful images along with my wonderful...
