Colleen & Jeremy’s wedding was beautiful. There’s nothing like a garden wedding and South Coast Botanic Gardens does not disappoint. This was my first time there and I instantly saw why Colleen & Jeremy fell in love with this place! It’s just gorgeous! These two are a fun loving couple. Both of them have lived all over the country, but found themselves on the East Coast and ultimately found each other. But when an opportunity came for them to move to Long Beach, they jumped at the chance. They have fallen in love with their city, as I discovered when they showed me around, during their engagement sessionengagement session
We started at Hotel Maya where they got ready surrounded by their closest friends. Colleen looked stunning in her lace dress and showed me, once again, that she knows how to rock a red lip! Everyone who attended the wedding looked really great; especially the ladies in their elegant wedding gowns.
Jeremy, dapper guy that he is, sported a blue suit with some extra special touches.
They chose to have a quick first look before heading over to the gardens. Can you tell Colleen was excited?
I think this was my first wedding with brides men (brides brothers) and a groomsmaid (grooms good friend). Is that what you call it? I’m not sure. But this was a fun group of people!
Married!
While their guests headed over to the reception for some drinks and lawn games, we had some time to let the new Mr & Mrs just spend some time together soaking it all in.
Guest grubbed on food from the Komodo food truck.

Jeremy shocked me with his dance moves! I had no idea he had such skill! Even grandma got down!
Jeremy & Colleen, you two were such a dream to work with. Classic beauty and sophistication combined with a fun-loving spirit. That’s you guys through and through. I feel blessed that
our paths crossed and I can’t wait until they do again!
