I recently got this little chest of drawers. It’s going to be so cute in my office. But now I have to decide what color to paint it. Here’s a photo of the piece and where I’m going to put it. Any thoughts?

June 10, 2010 - 3:47 am - You need another pop of color in the room to go off of! I was going to say yellow... then coral... or seashell orange... but really, if there's another color on a painting, or your desk, or in a rug, or anything else, that's what you should pick. :o) Good luck!

June 14, 2010 - 8:59 pm - What about leaving the chest white and paining the fronts a soft yellow or maybe a red? Or leave it white and give it an antique crackled finished and getting some bright colored antique style pulls? :-)
June 15, 2010 - 7:17 am - I love it the color that it currently is! Or you could leave the body of it white and paint the drawers a contrasting color.
June 16, 2010 - 11:19 pm - i have the same chest of drawers!!! they were mine when i was a kid, and i just picked it up from my dad for the baby's room. :) i love the knobs on yours - i was trying to figure out how to make ours nicer (it needs paint too), and cute knobs are a great idea!
