Since moving to Fullerton and buying a house in the Downtown area, I have been having so much fun. I’ve had the chance to entertain more and just enjoy this space I’ve been given.
But things can tend to get really busy, as we all know. One thing I’ve learned lately is that I need to be intentional about creating space in my life to actually LIVE. One Sunday night I did exactly that. I was home alone so I decided to make myself a delicious salad and smoothie, light a fire (I’m still perfecting this art), turn on my magic lights, and read a book.
Ahhhh….. I do live a pretty sweet life. 
*Note: this book, The Invention of Hugo Cabret, is children’s literature and about 3/4 illustrations! My roommate suggested I read it since she thought I would love it. She was right! I suggest any creative pick this book up. It’s just a great little adventure and gets the creative juices going!
